Nest and Sole – Terms and Conditions
By registering as a Seller/Partner on Nest and Sole, you fully agree to the following terms:
1️⃣ Product Legality & Quality Assurance
Sellers are only allowed to list and sell genuine, legal, and high-quality products. Any counterfeit, stolen, expired, restricted, or misleading products are strictly prohibited. The seller will be fully responsible for the authenticity and quality of every product sold.
2️⃣ Product Information Accuracy
All product details including images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and specifications must be accurate and continuously updated. Any issues arising from incorrect or misleading information will be the sole responsibility of the seller.
3️⃣ Order Fulfillment & Delivery Responsibility
Sellers must ensure timely processing, packaging, and readiness of orders for delivery. Full responsibility lies with the seller for delays, incorrect shipments, or failed deliveries.
4️⃣ Customer Service & After-Sales Responsibility
Sellers are fully responsible for customer support, including returns, refunds, replacements, warranties, and any post-purchase issues. Poor service or unresolved complaints may affect account status.
5️⃣ Prohibited Activities & Conduct
Fraud, misleading claims, wrong product delivery, unethical behavior, or any form of customer manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action.
6️⃣ Commission & Platform Charges
Nest and Sole reserves the right to set, update, or modify commission rates, service charges, and any applicable fees at any time without prior consent.
7️⃣ Payment Holding Policy
Seller payments may be temporarily held in cases of returns, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or ongoing investigations until the issue is fully resolved.
8️⃣ Intellectual Property Responsibility
Sellers must ensure they have legal rights to use all uploaded content including images, logos, brand names, and designs. Any copyright or trademark violation will be the seller’s responsibility.
9️⃣ Content & Product Approval Rights
All products and content are subject to review and approval by Nest and Sole. The platform reserves the right to remove, restrict, or reject any listing at any time without explanation.
🔟 Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated due to policy violations, excessive returns, customer complaints, fraud, or poor service performance.
1️⃣1️⃣ Direct Dealing Restriction
Sellers are strictly prohibited from contacting customers directly, collecting customer data, or conducting transactions outside the Nest and Sole platform.
1️⃣2️⃣ Legal Responsibility & Indemnity
Sellers are fully responsible for any legal claims, penalties, financial losses, or disputes arising from their products, services, or business activities.
1️⃣3️⃣ Policy Updates & Changes
Nest and Sole reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these terms, including fees, commissions, and operational policies at any time.
1️⃣4️⃣ Acceptance of Terms
By continuing to use the platform as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
